Florida drummer and composer Chance Reynolds possesses a diverse list of musical influences, including jazz, hip hop, funk, rock, and electronic music, to form his progressive sound, most notably recognized in Chaunces, his project consisting of original compositions, with full instrumentation and vocals. Featuring Cooper Madden on bass, and Eric Zabala on vibraphone, the Chance Reynolds Trio takes a step in a new, fully instrumental direction, paying homage to jazz and funk traditions, while holding space for a more modern, experimental sound.
